The following covers the accompanying binary software distribution; your use of said software, or of any files accompanying the software signifies agreement with this license.
This software may be used for any purpose with exception to the restrictions defined in this agreement.
Use of this software is prohibited under the following commercial conditions: licensing, leasing, or selling the software, or distributing the software for use with commercial products.
Modification of this software is prohibited; use in derived works is restricted to non-commerical testing usage and through the documented and provided scripting interfaces or public APIs if provided.
